Nearly 20 years ago, Thien Long solved the difficult technological problem of ensuring an ultra-fine 0.5mm line without causing ink blockage. The pen design had to be absolutely precise, without a single unnecessary detail. Today, this ballpoint pen is still widely used with the affectionate name: "the national ballpoint pen."

"Not only must the product have a price suitable for consumers' wallets to be worthy of being a national product serving disadvantaged students, but it must also be very safe because students often have the habit of chewing on pens. The attention to detail is reflected in every small aspect, for example, there are pens with caps that have small holes on the cap to avoid the risk of young users choking on the cap and blocking their airways," Ms. Tran Phuong Nga passionately shared.
