Thien Long Group has been honored as one of the Top 100 Sustainable Enterprises 2025 at the CSI Program announcement ceremony organized by VCCI and VBCSD-VCCI on December 5th in Hanoi, in recognition of our fundamental and effective efforts in sustainable development.

The program was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc, along with representatives from numerous ministries, sectors, and the business community.

In 2025, VCCI issued a separate CSI index for small and medium-sized enterprises for the first time, while also applying AI to data collection and verification, marking an important transformation in the program. These advancements have significantly strengthened the requirements for transparency, consistency, and evidence-based reporting. The organizing committee also requires enterprises to explain any major indicator fluctuations over the past three years and to clearly identify strengths and limitations within their governance models, resulting in a markedly higher level of competition this year.

In this context, the presence of Thien Long Group in the Top 100 demonstrates our long-term efforts on the sustainable development journey. Thien Long has maintained stable ESG data, implemented numerous waste reduction initiatives, promoted the reuse of plastic materials, and progressively applied circular economy models in the production of educational stationery products. Our educational and community support programs have been consistently implemented for many consecutive years, together with a sustainable corporate governance framework and culture. These are the factors that helped Thien Long Group receive high recognition.

“We have dedicated significant time to standardizing data and increasing systematization in ESG implementation. Thien Long's strength lies in our environmental and educational activities that have been sustained for many consecutive years, along with a stable corporate governance framework and culture. Some indicators still need to be monitored more continuously, interdepartmental data is sometimes not yet uniform, and the ESG structure needs clearer definition to enhance operational efficiency. These are the areas we are focusing on improving,” a Thien Long representative shared.

Thien Long Group Accelerates ESG Development and Laying the Strategy Foundation for the Period of 2026-2030

The internal review results show that Thien Long has built a relatively comprehensive ESG foundation, from data transparency to compliance systems. Nevertheless, we believe that upgrading ESG standards in the coming period is necessary to adapt to market requirements and increasingly stringent evaluation tools.

These assessments have become the foundation for Thien Long Group to enter the 2026-2030 period with a new orientation: transitioning from “ESG compliance” to “ESG strategic governance.” Under this direction, ESG will become a tool supporting decision-making, risk management, and resource efficiency enhancement. We plan to continue expanding circular economy activities, refining our data systems, and strengthening coordination among units in ESG implementation.

With an established foundation and an obvious roadmap, Thien Long aims to maintain our position among pioneering enterprises while elevating sustainable development standards in the approaching “green era.”
