Thien Long Group has been ranked among the Top 50 Listed Companies in Vietnam 2025 by Forbes Vietnam, making it the only stationery enterprise to appear on this list.

Strict evaluation criteria
To select the Top 50, Forbes applied rigorous criteria and a stringent evaluation process. Companies were required to be profitable in 2024, achieve a minimum revenue and market capitalization of VND 500 billion, and were assessed on factors such as compound annual growth rates of revenue and profit, ROE (Return on Equity), and ROC (Rate of Change – measuring price fluctuations between two points in time). All calculations were based on audited consolidated financial statements for 2024.

In addition to financial data, Forbes Vietnam also conducted qualitative assessments, including evaluating business sustainability, industry positioning, sources of profit, corporate governance quality, and sector outlook.

An industry-leading brand
After nearly 45 years of development, Thien Long has become the leading stationery enterprise in Vietnam, known by local consumers as a “national brand.” In 2024, Thien Long recorded consolidated net revenue of VND 3,759 billion and consolidated post-tax profit of VND 461 billion, exceeding its approved target by 21%.

E-commerce was a key growth driver, expanding 2.6 times year-on-year, helping Thien Long maintain its leadership in the online stationery sector. International business was also a highlight, with overseas revenue surpassing VND 1,000 billion—an increase of nearly 25% compared to 2023.

Beyond business results, Thien Long’s brand value continued to grow, reaching VND 1,000 billion in 2024. The company also won more than 20 domestic and international awards, including recognition as a “Favorite Brand of Young Consumers.”

Glocalisation strategy and sustainable development orientation
Thien Long has identified 2025 as a pivotal year with its “Glocalisation” strategy—expanding globally on the foundation of strong local operations. Southeast Asia remains the strategic focus. In 2024, revenue from this region grew 25%.

In Q1 2025, Thien Long signed joint venture agreements in Indonesia with Snapgreen (Indonesia) and Silver Lion (Singapore) to expand the FlexOffice and Colokit brands in these markets. Recently, the Group also approved an investment plan in the Philippines worth USD 2.8 million (approximately VND 74 billion).

Thien Long continues to invest in expanding its product ecosystem to realize its vision of accompanying the joyful learning journey of Vietnamese people. From a small manufacturer nearly 45 years ago, Thien Long has grown into the market leader in domestic stationery and is now firmly oriented toward becoming a global enterprise.
